For more than a decade I have studied gut health and the microbiome because of the serious gut health problems I had for many years which I’ve now resolved. In parallel I also studied the best available science on the digestive system, microbiome, immune system, nervous system, and the body and brain in general, and incorporated what I learned into my gut health practice.
